DVM — Veterinarian
Dr. Follett was born and raised in western Massachusetts. She performed her undergraduate studies at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She went on to get her doctorate in veterinary medicine at Michigan State University in 1994. Dr. Follett and her husband moved to Belchertown in 1996 and raised their 4 children here. Dr. Follett worked at Mill Valley Veterinary Clinic from 1996 to 2018 before venturing into shelter medicine. Working in the animal shelter gained her many new skills and an appreciation for the community that supports those in need. In 2024 Dr. Follett returned to private practice at Mill Valley. In her free time Dr. Follett enjoys gardening, bird watching and spending time with her family and pets.
